The only refunds that will be available are on duplicate purchases. After we have checked and verified the duplicate purchase, we will issue a refund. The embroidery deigns we sale are digital items, they can not be refunded or returned. Orders are final once the transaction is paid for and completed. The embroidery designs we sale are digital items and can not be shipped, the items can only be downloaded from the site.
